To ensure the security and convenience of your payment, we currently only support PayPal. Below are the detailed payment instructions:

1. Supported Payment Methods

PayPal

  • You can complete your payment using your PayPal account.
  • You can also pay via PayPal using your linked bank card or credit card (subject to PayPal's supported methods).
  • The payment process is secure and fast, and transaction records can be viewed in your PayPal account.

Note: Currently, we do not support other payment methods such as direct credit card payments, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

2. Payment Process Instructions

  • Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
  • On the checkout page, select PayPal as your payment method.
  • The system will redirect you to the official PayPal payment page.
  • Log in to your PayPal account or choose to pay with a credit card.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
  • After successful payment, you will receive a PayPal payment confirmation, and your order status will be updated on the Cycolour website.

Note: If the payment is incomplete or unsuccessful, the order will not be confirmed or shipped. Please ensure that the payment is successful before leaving the page.

  • All payments are processed through PayPal's official secure system, ensuring the encrypted transmission of transaction information.
  • Cycolour will not store your PayPal account, credit card, or bank account information.
  • Your payment data is protected by PayPal's privacy and security policies, ensuring safety and reliability.
  • If you discover any suspicious payment activity, please get in touch with PayPal's official customer service immediately and notify us.

4. Order Confirmation and Processing

  • After successful payment, the system will automatically confirm your order.
  • We will process and ship your order within 1–3 business days.
  • If the payment is unsuccessful, please check your PayPal account or try paying again.

5. Refunds and Payment Issues

  • For refunds or payment issues, we recommend contacting us via the Contact Us page.
  • Since the payment method only supports PayPal, refunds will be returned to your PayPal account.
  • The time it takes for the refund to arrive may vary depending on PayPal or the bank's processing procedures, typically 3–7 business days.
  • If there are any order anomalies (e.g., out-of-stock items or payment failures), we will contact you proactively and provide a solution.
